4 years 10 months

You are getting big really fast. I sometimes look at you and wish you didn't grow up so fast. You love dresses now, although you will never wear anything that I pick out, you must pick it out yourself. You insist that every dress you wears must twirl around appropriately. You still absolutely love dancing. I have been letting you play with the girls in the neighborhood and they are mostly about 7 or 8 years old and they are not very nice. They keep making you cry and I am going to tell them next time that they can't play with you anymore if they can't be nice. You came riding your bike from down the street and I was in the driveway on the phone and you were crying, apparently one little girl yelled in your face and told you to leave her sister alone. I wanted to beat her up, but I didn't since that would get me arrested. You got a bike for Christmas and you love it and I'm pretty sure you would ride it every day if I let you. I also rented High School Musical for the first time this week and you have literally watched it every single day since I rented it 7 days ago. I guess I'll go get High School Musical 2 now, ha.

We are painting bricks in Lori's garage and you have your own brick to paint and you love it. You set all the paints up on the table for us and you love to help with everything. YOu also put glitter all over your painting on the wall, it is cute. It is still kinda cool outside most of the time and you keep wanting to go swimming every day. I can't wait to take you, because you love going swimming. Every single day when I pick you up from school, you say "Mommy, can we go to Isabelle and Emma's house? can you call Aunt Kara?" And I say no and you will just say "but, mommy, please, can we go see them?" and I will say no not today and you will say "but I really wanna see Isabelle and Emma, I love them." There are no two people on this planet that you want to see more than Isabelle and Emma. And when you are with them, you do nothing but smile the entire time they are around. Emma makes you laugh and honestly its kinda hard to make you laugh, so I like it when you are with her.

Sometimes when I laugh at something you are doing, it will make you laugh. It also makes you want to do it over and over and over. Like one time you kissed me in a funny way and I laughed and then you laughed and you would not stop kissing me like that. I had to tell you to stop.

Nana fixed your hair the other day with the curling iron and you looked so pretty, I took pictures and I will show you them. You are writing your name now and it's funny because you do well but you keep writing the J backwards. I guess I'll have to work with you on that. You love praise and I realize that if you don't want to do something, all I have to do is tell you how great you are at it and how impressed everyone will be with you and how proud I am that you can do it and you will get right to it.

I love you so much, it scares me. You are such a good good child, I am so lucky to have such a great daughter. You listen really well most of the time and are very eager to please. You have had maybe 3 temper tantrums in all your life and they were all because you were too tired. You never scream or pitch fits or go crazy and do bad things. I really enjoy being with you almost all the time, and I miss you when you are not with me. I can't wait to see the woman that you are going to become.
